Cancellations or changes made after payment is received a 6% penalty is kept as processing fee. Cancellation deadline is 21 days otherwise and in case of no show the full stay will be charged.
There are no exceptions, including weather or other factors beyond our control. All refund requests must occur within 20 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
