Built like a venerable Swiss chalet with wood and stone, the hotel features a spectacular lobby with different seating areas and a lot of wood, where skiers and winter enthusiasts gather during the colder season. Le Refuge: Facing the ski lifts, this restaurant offers a very varied menu that suits all palates, including the famous French fondue, a typical winter delight.
Les Airelles: Fine European cuisine and international specialties are offered at this restaurant which is open for all meals. The breakfast buffet is generous.
La Tavola: Located just outside the hotel, this restaurant with an intimate atmosphere excels at Italian dishes and deserts.
Le Bar: A day-and-night drinker's paradise in the lobby, where everyone meets and enjoys all beverages from wines and spirits to beers and soft drinks.
Night club: Latest western and Arabic tunes keep the crème de la crème of the Mzaar region and VIP skiers up all night.
The property also boasts the Thermes du Mzaar spa, which offers a wide array of body treatments and massages. There are also an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a bowling alley and squash court. A shopping arcade within the property is also useful.

Guaranteed check-out, after 12PM noon and before 6PM will be charged 50% of the nightly room rate extended during the stay. Any check-out after 6PM will be charged as one full night stay.

Up to one extra bed can be added per room subject to availability.

Cancellations or changes made after payment is received a 6% penalty is kept as processing fee for all seasons.
During weekdays: cancellation deadline is 72 hours in low season and 8 days in high season otherwise and in case of no show full charges apply.
During weekends (Friday-Saturday): cancellation deadline is 8 days in low season and 16 days in high season otherwise and in case of no show full charges apply.
During holidays: cancellation deadline is 31 days otherwise and in case of no show full charges apply.
High season: winter Dec1 till April30, summer Jul-Aug
Holiday periods: Adha Nov 15-25, Christmas & NY Dec22-Jan2, St Maron Feb5-9, Green Monday Mar5-9.
There are no exceptions, including weather or other factors beyond our control. All refund requests must occur within 20 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
