Guaranteed late check-out till 6pm is charged half night while late check-out after 6pm is charged as a full night.

Cancellations or changes made after payment is received a 6% penalty is kept as processing fee. Cancellation deadline is 7 days in low season and 15 days in high season otherwise and in case of no show the full stay will be charged.

There are no exceptions, including weather or other factors beyond our control. All refund requests must occur within 20 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
